Zillertal High Road See the wonderful panorama of the Zillertal Alps with their glaciated peaks, beautiful nature landscapes at 550 m until 2020 m altitude, a placid array of mountain taverns and huts, which tempt to rest. Road entrances and exits are in: Ried, Kaltenbach, Aschau, Zellberg and Hippach. Total length: 48 km. Built in 1963.
	Schaubergwerk Öxltal am Spieljoch With the "Spieljochbahn" over "Knappensteig" to the high-altitude looking mine of Austria. On the traces the mining history of Fügen/Fügenberg. The looking mine in the Öxeltal one knows of the mountain station "Spieljochbahn" over "Knappensteig" in approx. 45 minutes to reach. Driving on to the looking mine (1783 m sea-height) is possible only with our examined moving leader, that will tell you all worth knowing about 400 years mining history. Opening times Opened by the end of June to the end of of September Guidance Sunday until Friday from 9 to 12 o'clock or according to agreement (also Saturday) Special guidance by the entire looking mine only after advance notification and for max. 4 Erw. (good physical condition is a condition)
Zillertalbahn The "Zillertalbahn", which originates from the time, in which the journey with the course still another adventure was, is considered as one of the most well-known narrow-gauge railways. On 26 December 1899 the “Zillertalbahn AG” was created. 1900 with the building begun and on 31 July 1902, after approximately 2 years construction period to Mayrhofen finished. The Zillertalbahn offers interesting programs, e.g. combined, reduced tickets with the "Achenseebahn" and"Achenseeschifffahrt", with the aerial ropeways, migrations along the Ziller promenade, and, and, and,… HOBBY COURSE: The adventure waits….as hobby engine driver for the "Zillertalbahn". Also in the summer 2007 this small course will be availiable in three quarters of the entire distance from Mayrhofen and is available for engine drivers in spe. Announce yourselve at the station, also as gift coupon suitable!!!
